Sue has worked with Legacy Foresight since 2007. She started life in market research before moving into communications planning, and was latterly global strategic planner at advertising agency Havas. She applies her research and planning skills to consortium projects. She has been responsible for the research input into the In-Memory Insight programme from its outset and has developed an in-depth understanding of Baby Boomer legacies, the future of wills, legacy stewardship and invisible legators. She aims to provide actionable insights that help consortium members develop their relationships with supporters to improve income.
