Prior to that her experience included working as a departmental head in a number of small charities. She has extensive knowledge and experience in all levels of legacy administration and excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
She is a member of the ILM, holds the ILM Certificate in Legacy Administration, the STEP Foundation Certificate and the Professional Certificate in Management in the Charity/Non-profit Sector. She has been nominated for the ILM Professional of the Year on 4 occasions.
