Doyin began working in charity legacy administration in 2003, having previously worked as a Direct Marketing Assistant, while studying Marketing at the University of Greenwich. She worked in the Legacy Administration Team at Christian Aid for 20 years, latterly as the Legacy Administration Manager, for 14 years.
She has undertaken the Certificate STEP Diploma of Trusts & Estates, the CiCLA certification by ILM, Cruse Bereavement Training and most recently Level 3 Institute of Leadership and Management.
Doyin is an experienced legacy professional having managed complex, contentious cases including attending mediation. Her ability to balance the wishes of the legators and charitable interests, has been invaluable in protecting and enhancing charity legacies and reputation. Doyin is excellent at thinking outside the box and highly effective at leading a team. She is proactive at regularly reviewing and improving procedures and processes.
Doyin is committed to integrating legacies with all aspects of fundraising and the wider organisation by regularly exploring synergies and opportunities for collaboration with other teams. She is brilliant at thinking outside the box to help maximise legacy gifts and the legacy income stream.
In her spare time, Doyin is studying towards a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and volunteers as a counsellor with the National Probation Service.
