After studying law at university, Jess began working as a Paralegal where she specialised in conveyancing and probate matters, gaining invaluable experience.
After moving to London, Jess transitioned into the charitable sector, ending up in the world of Legacy Fundraising. Her background provided a unique perspective and over time, Jess was naturally drawn to legacy administration, combining her legal expertise with her charitable experience.
As well as experience managing a small team, Jess has handled a wide range of complex issues, ranging from claims against the estate and ex-gratia requests, to failed restrictions. She has is a Member of the Institute of Legacy Management and completed her Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration (CiCLA) with distinction. Jess enjoys the variety that working with a range of charities brings.
Outside of work, Jess and her partner enjoy taking their toy poodle, Sid, on walks in and around London.
